Thank you for using AI Voice (the "App"). We value your privacy and are committed to handling your data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, with particular focus on our text-to-speech and voice pack features. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

We collect information only on lawful, legitimate, and necessary grounds to provide stable voice-changing services and voice pack features.

Provided by you: Phone number, nickname, and avatar during registration; text input for text-to-speech (processed in real-time, not stored); preference records when previewing or saving voice packs.

Third-party authorization: When logging in via third-party services (e.g., WeChat), with your consent, we access public profile information (avatar, nickname).

Automatically collected: Device model, OS version, device identifiers (such as Android ID, IDFA), network information, crash logs — used for diagnostics and security.

Audio output: Generated audio files are saved locally on your device; we do not upload or store any generated audio.

🎤 Text-to-Speech — You enter text and select a voice style; the system synthesizes audio in real-time. Neither text nor audio is stored on our servers.

📦 Voice Packs — You can preview and save voice packs. Saved items are stored locally only, not uploaded.

📱 Account Registration/Login — Phone number for account binding; third-party login accesses only public profile data.

🛡️ Security — Device and behavioral data are analyzed to detect fraudulent or malicious activity.

Retention Period Your personal data is retained for no more than 2 years. After service termination, data is deleted or anonymized.

We use the collected information for:

• Providing core features such as text-to-speech and voice pack previews;
• Maintaining account security and preventing fraud and abuse;
• Optimizing app performance and user experience;
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not use your information for purposes not described in this policy. If we need to use it for a new purpose, we will seek your consent again.

We do not sell or unlawfully share your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent — We may share necessary information with third parties upon your authorization;
• Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, or judicial authorities;
• Service partners — We work with trusted partners (e.g., push notification, analytics) who only receive minimal data necessary for their function and are bound by strict confidentiality.

Some features of the App (such as voice synthesis and AI reply suggestions) are powered by third-party AI service providers. When you use these features, we share necessary data with the following AI services only after obtaining your explicit consent.

⚠️ Important Data sharing with AI services occurs only when you actively use the corresponding feature and always follows the principle of minimal necessity. You may withdraw your consent for AI services at any time via the "Settings" page or by declining future prompts.

Storage location: Data is stored on servers located in secure facilities.

Security measures: We implement TLS encryption for transmission, AES encryption for stored data, access controls, and audit mechanisms. We conduct regular security training and incident response drills. However, no internet transmission is completely secure — please safeguard your account credentials.

Access/Correction: You may update your nickname, avatar, and other profile information via the "Profile" page. For other corrections, please contact support.

Account Deletion: Submit a deletion request via "Settings → Account Security → Delete Account" or email us. We will process your request within 15 business days.

Withdraw Consent: You may revoke microphone permissions in your device settings at any time. Revocation does not affect previously processed data.

The App integrates third-party SDKs (e.g., for login, advertising, analytics). These services are operated independently and are governed by their own privacy policies. We select compliant providers and monitor their data protection practices. See Appendix for details.

If you are under 14, please use the App under parental supervision. Parents/guardians with questions may contact us via Section 10.

This policy may be revised in response to regulatory or operational changes. Significant changes will be notified via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

To ensure stable functionality, we have integrated the following SDKs and conduct rigorous evaluations of all partners.
